Core Agenda Items

Item 1: Approval of Investment from Center for Cultural Innovation (Corp Board action)

  • AmbitioUS is a mission-aligned nonprofit initiative supporting artists and alternative economic models.

  • Board discussion: investment doesn't differ materially from previous investments and comes from a trusted, mission-aligned organization.
  • VOTE: 6–0 in favor of accepting the investment.
  • Note: Investment in Subvert Incorporated, PBC is a Corp Board matter. The board's practice of distinguishing between Co-op and Corp Board capacities was formalized in Meeting #6.

Item 2: Approval of Bylaws and Member Agreements (Co-op Board action)

  • Preparing for the next cohort.
