Co-op Documentation

Welcome to Subvert's documentation. You don't need to be a member of the co-op to browse the platform and purchase music. However, if you would like to join the co-op, this is a good place to learn more. This is where we explain how the cooperative works, how membership functions, our governing documents, and how we make decisions. Everything that defines Subvert as an organization lives here.

If you are new, the About section is the place to start. From there:

  • How the Co-op Works covers the deeper mechanics: our structure, membership, governance, funding, and platform basics
  • Governing Documents has our bylaws, member agreements, and policies that formally define the cooperative
  • Transparency has our quarterly reports, investor list, board meeting minutes, and election results
  • Member Resources is where you'll find practical guides for participating in the cooperative
  • Our Platform Help Center is where you can find answers to questions specific to platform features and functionality
