June 2025: Initial board election

The first round of class-elected directors was chosen by the membership: one Artist director, one Label director, and one Supporter director. Elected: Hannah Lee Benson (Artist Member, Bogotá), Freya Yamamoto (Label Member, San Francisco), Nick Austin (Supporter Member, Toronto).

July 2026: First Annual General Meeting

The cooperative's first formal Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 2026. The agenda will include the next round of class-elected directors (one Artist, one Label, one Supporter), the board's annual report, and any member proposals submitted for the ballot.
